Naturopathic Medicine
Personalized, evidence-informed medicine that looks beyond symptoms to understand why you feel the way you do — and builds a plan to change it.
What I Treat
Every patient is different. These are the areas where I most commonly help people find lasting results through individualized care.
A 15-minute phone call to discuss your health goals, ask questions, and see if we're the right fit. No commitment — just a conversation to get started.
Support for hormonal balance, fertility, menopause, PMS, thyroid health, and overall wellness at every stage of life — from your twenties through perimenopause and beyond.
Address bloating, IBS, food sensitivities, SIBO, constipation, and gut-related issues through personalized protocols that target root causes rather than symptom management alone.
Uncover the root causes of burnout, chronic fatigue, adrenal dysregulation, and low energy — using targeted labs, lifestyle medicine, and evidence-based treatments to restore vitality.
Sustainable, personalized strategies that go beyond calorie counting — focused on metabolism, hormonal balance, inflammation, and the lifestyle factors that make long-term results possible.
Proactive health strategies tailored to your risk profile — including lab work, nutritional support, and lifestyle optimization to help you stay ahead and feel your best long-term.
Appointments
Start with a comprehensive initial consultation, then continue with the follow-up length that best matches your needs at each visit.
My Approach
I take the time to understand your full picture — not just your current symptoms, but your history, lifestyle, and goals. Every care plan is individualized. I use evidence-based tools including functional lab testing, nutritional medicine, botanical therapy, and lifestyle counselling to support your body's natural ability to heal and thrive.
Details
Your first appointment is a full 60-minute session covering your complete health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. We'll build your care plan together before you leave.
Return visits range from 15 to 45 minutes depending on what needs to be addressed. Choose the length that fits your needs — your provider can help guide this if you're unsure.
Functional lab work is often recommended to get a clearer picture of what's happening beneath the surface. This may include hormonal panels, nutrient levels, thyroid function, and more.
Many extended health plans cover naturopathic visits. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Contact us before your first appointment to confirm your coverage.
Existing patients can request a prescription refill for a flat fee of $30. This applies to active naturopathic prescriptions and does not require a full follow-up appointment.
Bring any recent lab results, a list of current medications and supplements, and notes on your top health concerns. The more context you can share, the more we can accomplish together.

This depends on what you're working on. Some people notice changes quickly — within a few weeks. Others, particularly those dealing with hormonal or chronic digestive issues, may need 2–3 months to see meaningful progress. Your care plan will set realistic timelines.
Yes. Naturopathic medicine works best as a complement to your conventional medical care. I'm happy to communicate with your GP or specialist when appropriate and to review any recent lab work or investigations you've had done.
If you're unsure, the 30-minute follow-up is a good default for most check-ins. Book the 45-minute option if you have multiple concerns to cover or are due for a more comprehensive review. The 15- or 20-minute options work well for focused questions or lab result reviews.
No referral is needed to see a naturopathic doctor. You can book directly online at any time.
